What is Gestational Diabetes?

Gestational Diabetes is when a woman metabolizes carbohydrates differently during pregnancy. You can prevent Gestational Diabetes by eating cleaner and exercising more regularly. If these changes don’t help enough, you may require additional support.

After you give birth, you will have to check back in with your healthcare provider every 2-3 years to be sure you haven’t developed diabetes afterward.
